We do things a bit differently at Recruit Recruit, a recruitment agency based in Wolverhampton, taking the time to get to know clients and candidates properly, rather than merely “processing” vacancies and applications. We think the simple things are important: attention to detail; honest, straightforward advice; open-book pricing and guarantees; and basic common courtesies (calling people when we said we would, doing what we said we would, and providing feedback rather than a wall of silence).

For these reasons we always meet with potential clients to gain a real understanding of the job description, company culture, and wider objectives of the organisation.
